This year’s NAMI’s theme, *“Stigma grows in silence. Healing begins in community,"* reminds us that when we show visible support for mental health and create opportunities for connection, we help break stigma and remind people they are not alone. Sidewalks of Support is a simple way to bring that message to life in our communities. On Tuesday, May 19th, take a break with your team, wear green, and step outside at your office, in your parking lot, or at a local park to share uplifting messages that inspire and connect your community. Together, we can make a difference, one sidewalk at a time. --- ## Help us amplify your impact Post your photos and videos on social media and tag us so we can help spread the word. Every moment shared reminds more people in our communities that they are not alone. ### #SidewalksOfSupport @randjsc *Rain plan: In case of rain, feel free to reschedule your activity for another day during that week.* *Let's make a difference together, one sidewalk at a time.* --- ### See the Impact of Sidewalks of Support 2025 Last year we distributed over 30 kits delivering more than 1,000 pieces of chalk to spread hope across 12 counties. From words of encouragement to powerful calls to action, sidewalks across New Jersey came alive with uplifting messages and visual support.
